I'm so excited to share this lovely maternity and family portrait session with you all! It was an insanely windy day in Marina, but the afternoon light was lovely, so we made it work and had a great time! I actually took the maternity portraits for this glowing Momma-to-be Deanna for her first child a few years ago. So I was very excited and flattered that she wanted me to photograph her growing family again. Deanna really has an eye for bright colors, which I absolutely love! However, we ran into some pretty intense gale-force winds that day! Little Calvin had never experienced anything like it, but he was an incredible little trooper giving us plenty of adorable smiles. We started at my client's favorite neighborhood park where they take their son just about every week. It's even the same location where we shot their original maternity session. Deanna is definitely a glowing mommy, I'm sure she and her family can't wait to meet the newest addition, a baby boy due in March. This adorable little boy is going to an amazing big brother! As aftenoon turned into early evening, we were able to take advantage of the gorgeous light filtering through trees and just a tiny bit of fog. I'm very much in love with this location in Marina! Deanna looked beautiful, the light and location was beautiful. This is definitely one of my favorite sessions to date!
